Warren based State Police report a deadly ATV accident took place Saturday on Youngsville Road in Triumph Township of Warren County.
A police report states two Sandusky, Ohio, residents were riding on an ATV when the driver, identified as 29 year-old Tyler Pravlik, lost control of the vehicle.
The two were ejected from the ATV as it overturned several times. Neither individual was wearing a helmet, according to police.
The passenger, identified as 29-year-old Brenna Pravlik, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Warren County Coroner’s Office. Tyler Pravlik was life-flighted with suspected major injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
