A resignation, investment and an expensive generator were among the items covered at a Corry City Council meeting this week.
Council accepted the resignation of Jeremy Palmer from the Police Department.
Council approved an investment of $500,000 in a Certificate of Deposit from 1st National Bank. The term of the C-D is one year at the rate of 4.65%.
Council was advised of a $400,000 dollar grant to pay for a new generator at the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
