The boys junior high football team was back in action Thursday Sep 28 with a game at Maplewood. The boys bounced back from a 12-6 loss vs Cochranton and tamed the tigers by a score of 32-14. Kane Gregor led the bears with 11 caries for 82 yards and a touchdown. Gregor also had an interception off a Dallas Triscuit tipped pass. Other touchdown scorers for the bears were Ethan Mitcham, Logan Anthony, and Garrett Miller. The bears got 2-point conversations on a pass from Colt Blakeslee to Jayden Betcher, a Mitcham run, and a run by Liam Dean. The bears are at home Wednesday, Oct 4 vs a 3-1 Iroquois squad.
