The Union City Bears were back in the Bears Den on Tuesday night taking on the Conneaut Eagles in a non-region game. Wyatt Post would score the Bears first points of the night that turned out to be a back-and-forth contest. The score was tied at 42 heading into the fourth quarter, Conneaut was up by as much as seven in the quarter, but the Bears would come back and get the score down to two but would ultimately fall to the Eagles 62-58 falling to 3-5 on the season. The Bears next game will be Friday night as they begin region play for the first time this season taking on the defending region champions the Saegertown Panthers at home in the Bears Den.
