Corry City Council met Monday night and approved seven ordinances for a first reading. The ordinances included: appropriations, tax levy, salary schedules for elected officials and city workers. Also, water-sewer rates, snow removal and trash-recycling.
The millage will remain the same….10.35 mills.
The rate increase for water is 3%. The sewer rate will go up 5%.
The right-to-know policy update won approval.
A new police officer, Dominic D’Antonio, recited the oath of office at the meeting.
