It was a no show from the public as Corry City Council conducts a Public Hearing Thursday on how it intends to spend $300,000 in Community Development Block Grant money. Council may vote Monday to spend $243,000 on storm sewer separation, $40,000 partial salary to hire a code enforcement officer and $24,000 to  administer the program.  Council closed the hearing and moved onto a Planning Session for next week’s voting session.
