A Union City man was arrested by Corry State Police following an ATV chase. Police spotted the man operating an ATV on the highway and attempted to pull him over. The ATV driver took off initiating a police chase. The chase ended a short time later when the ATV driver went off route 8 and Lincolnville Road ending up in the dirt and high grass. He will get a hearing before a magistrate on fleeing and eluding charges. Police did not provide the name of the accused.
