A Corry man is facing charges following the reported theft of a donation box from a local business.
According to Corry City Police, officers responded Feb. 24 to Sander’s Market for a reported theft. An investigation determined that a donation box belonging to Avery’s Pawsitive Change, containing approximately $100, had been taken.
Police say video surveillance identified the suspect as Cody Bille, 35. He has been charged and will answer to the allegations at a hearing scheduled before MDJ Buell at a later date.
All charges are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
