State Police Investigate Harassment Incident in Waterford Borough
Pennsylvania State Police responded to a reported disturbance Thursday morning in Waterford Borough that resulted in criminal charges being filed for harassment involving physical contact. The incident occurred around 8:15 a.m. on East First Street.
According to state police, troopers arrived on scene and conducted an investigation that led to probable cause against a 30-year-old man of Waterford. The alleged victim is a 33-year-old woman, also from Waterford. Police said the accused’s name was not released.
Applicable charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 06-3-05. No additional details were released by authorities.
