The Union City Bears baseball team was back in action on Friday afternoon, traveling to Iroquois to take on the Iroquois Braves, hoping to end their four-game losing streak. It was all Union City in the contest, as they would dominate the game, defeating the Braves 11-3, improving to 2-4 (1-4) on the season. The Bears will be back on their home field Monday afternoon taking on Rocky Grove.
