A Corry man is facing multiple charges following a police chase Thursday.
Forty-six year-old Thomas Maka allegedly took off when police attempted to stop him for a traffic violation. Maka drove through several properties, ditched the vehicle and ran away. Police located him later and made the arrest. He was taken to the Erie County Jail and will appear before Justice Buell at a later date.

Another Corry man, 30 year-old Ned Amacher, was arrested by city police Wednesday.
Police report there was an active warrant from Erie County authorities for his arrest. Corry police filed additional charges as Amacher allegedly possessed drugs and drug paraphernalia at the time of the arrest. Amacher was taken to the Erie County Jail.
