Pennsylvania State Police at Meadville are investigating a theft.
A customer allegedly wrote a bad check for $17,000 dollars worth of merchandise at Professional Auto and Lawn Service in Meadville.
The goods included several chainsaws worth 700 dollars each plus other equipment and a two thousand dollar check.
