Union City Streets Supervisor Bob Phillips updated borough council recently on the plumbing situation at the Museum. The building currently has no running water due to a collapsed sewer tile. Two quotes for repairs have been received for $7,500 and $4,300 respectively. Phillips said he is attempting to get a third. Four streets are going out to bid for seal coating; Wattsburg St., Second Ave., Elm St. and Parade St. Selection was based on traffic volume and road conditions.
