Corry Police arrested 43 year-old Brian Cubero Wednesday morning at Wright and East Washington Streets.
Cubero was wanted on a warrant issued by Erie County. Police spotted Cubero and he took off on a bicycle.
Police gave chase and arrested the Irving Street man. Cubero was also charged with flight to avoid apprehension. He was taken to the Erie County Jail.
