It was a close call for a Spartansburg man. Corry State Police report 46 year-old Terry Proper was driving north on Spartansburg Highway near Erie County Line Road late Wednesday night. That’s where he lost control of his Dodge Ram Pickup, went off the road and ended up in a pond. Proper was not her but was given a ticket.
Shambaugh Towing retrieved the vehicle from the water and towed it away.
