Improvements to the Union City Borough building are coming.  The plan calls for an ADA compliant entrance ramp and door improvements.  Brick work, painting as updated bathroom fixtures and instant water heaters are also on the way.  Borough Council voted Tuesday to advertise a request for proposals pending review by the solicitor.  The work will be paid with $132,000 in grant money.
