The Renaissance Grant program in Union City is taking applications for home improvements. They include doors, windows, roofs, and exterior lighting.  Also, porches, stairs and steps. Plus, painting and siding.
The purpose of the program  is to remove housing blight, incentivize private investment and make neighborhoods and communities more attractive. The grant is made on a 1 to 1 matching basis and the maximum grant award is $5,000.
