Corry State Police are investigating a two car crash that claimed a life in Crawford County Friday morning. The crash took place at the intersection of State Route 89 and Buell’s Corners in Rome Township. One of the vehicles failed to stop at the stop sign and was hit by a car driven by a Titusville man. Mark Masiker of Titusville and a passenger, Karen Klock, also from Titusville were taken to Titusville for treatment of minor injuries.
The driver of the other car did not survive. Police are withholding the name pending notification of kin.

Another crash puts two women in the hospital. This accident took place on Wattsburg Road in Erie County this afternoon. The driver declined treatment.
Police report the driver of the vehicle crossed the centerline, hit a ditch and spun around. One of the women suffered a fractured leg and the other woman was ejected from the vehicle.
