The Union City Bears came to the Bears Den on Tuesday night looking to snap their three-game losing streak, and win their first region game of the season, as they took on the Youngsville Eagles.

The Bears led throughout the entire first half but weren’t really playing up to their full potential, allowing the Eagles to stay within reach. The Bears would make some good adjustments at halftime and came out in the second half strong, as they would pull away from Youngsville and defeat the Eagles 55-32, improving to 4-6 (1-1) on the season. The Bears will head to Titusville on Wednesday in a non-region game. Union City would also defeat Youngsville in the JV game 48-29.
