Warren Police issue a warning about deadly counterfeit fentanyl pills circulating in Warren and the County. Warren City Police Chief Joe Sproveri says the pills are small, blue in color and stamped with the marking ‘M30. Sproveri says pills are extremely dangerous and are suspected to have caused at least two drug overdose fatalities in Warren County in the past week.
Anyone that observes the pills should not touch them and call police immediately.
