A manhunt for a Tionesta man ends in Titusville. According to Titusville’s Police Department Facebook page, Twenty-nine year-old Matthew Divido was taken into custody at a location on East Central Avenue on Monday.
Divido was wanted for shooting a man in the thigh with a shotgun near the Hydetown Volunteer Fire Department November 19th. The victim was taken to UPMC Titusville by a private vehicle. He was then transported to UPMC Hamot for treatment of injuries and later released.
Divido took off in a vehicle and was considered armed and dangerous. The charges against Divido include aggravated assault and terroristic threats.
Divido was taken to the Crawford County Jail.
Titusville Police, State Police and Attorney General agents participated in the arrest.
