The Union City Bears Varsity Football team hosted the Mercyhurst Prep Lakers at Bears Stadium on Friday night in their final home game of the season on Senior Night. The speed and power of Prep’s offense was too much for the Bears and they were shut out 44-0 dropping to 2-6 (1-4) on the season. The Bears will take on Cambridge Springs in their final game of the season in a non-region game next Friday.
