The Union City Borough Parks and Recreation Commission is once again sponsoring Treats in the Streets and the Annual Halloween Costume Parade and Contest on October 31. The festivities kick off with the parade at 5PM. Contestants will walk on the west side of Main St. from Warren- Glenn Funeral Home to St. Teresa’s Center. Costume judging begins at 5:30 PM. The following age groups will be judged: 0-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12. Categories will be creepiest, funniest, most creative, cutest, and best family. Cash prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place winners in each category. Honorable mentions may also be awarded at the judges’ discretion.

Trick or Tricking will be held from 6:30 – 8:00PM.
