Union City will be seeking bids again for garbage and trash services. None were received by the deadline Monday September 26th.   Consequently, Pennsylvania law requires Council to repeat the bidding process a second time.  Borough Council will hold a special meeting on October 17th to consider the bids.  Kicker Disposal will continue collection services through October 28th.
