State inspectors report the clean up at a Spartansburg garbage and trash transfer station has not happened. Raccoon Refuse was ordered by a Crawford County judge to clean up the site by September 27th. The court may order a clean up by a third party at Raccoon’s expense. Raccoon Refuse closed mid August impacting nearly 15,000 customers.
