State Police are investigating a couple of thefts. A burglary took place at a location on Clemens Road in Union Township. The loot included $5,000 dollars worth of ammunition, firearms and animal mounts. In another incident the theft of a catalytic converter in Union City is sparking a state police investigation. The theft took place at a location on Riley Siding Road. Someone ripped off the part from a vehicle owned by Kenneth Rumsey.
