A Crawford County man is facing nine counts of animal cruelty.
Twenty-one year old Skyler Martin waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
Martin allegedly shot German Shepherds ranging in age from 8 months to 5 years. Only two of the dogs survived.
The incident took place at a location near Reeds Corner Road in Springboro.
