08-06-2022 11:19 PM – Pennsylvania State Police were called for a shirtless man, making unreasonable noise in the area of 21 N Main St, Union City. According to police, Robert Bromley, 52, was found to be under the influence of an unknown substance and subsequently arrested. Charges of Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct were filed through district court 06-2-04.
